About Elk River Flag Football 

Elk River Flag Football is proud to operate under the umbrella of Innovative Sports, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (93-4613407). Our mission is rooted in the deep traditions of Elk River athletics, led by a team that has been part of the community for decades.

Our Leadership Team:

• Christian Williams, Executive Director: Grew up in Elk River and 2020 ERHS graduate, Christian grew up playing in the Elk River Youth Association and for Elk River High School from 2016 through the 2019 seasons. 

 • Marv Johnson, Director of Administration: A cornerstone of the local football scene, Marv brings years of experience as a parent, coach, and former Director of Operations for Elk River High School Football. 

 • AJ Brock, Assistant Director: An active leader in the community, AJ currently serves as a parent, coach and board member for both Youth and High School Elk River Football and Wrestling programs.
